The Project Monolith is a limited-edition dual dynamic driver IEM, carved from a single block of brass and built around a new philosophy of fully integrated acoustic design.
Limited to just 999 units worldwide, it represents the debut of our Multi-Dynamic Monolithic (MDM) platform: where structure, drivers, and sound exist as one unified whole.
MONOLITHIC DESIGN
The Project Monolith is not assembled in the traditional sense.
Every internal chamber, airflow path, and acoustic structure is CNC-machined directly into a solid brass shell, eliminating the need for tubes or additional chambers.
This approach creates a fully integrated acoustic environment, improving consistency, reducing internal variance, and allowing for a level of precision that conventional multi-part designs cannot achieve.
CrinEar™ Dynamics
Every dynamic driver in Project Monolith is developed from the ground up in direct collaboration with Kingtone: the world’s leading IEM dynamic driver manufacturer.
This close partnership enables a fully bespoke approach, where both drivers are designed specifically for CrinEar’s MDM architecture. From the shell geometry to the driver behaviour, these drivers are purpose-built to match the Monolith’s unique chambering system, resulting in a level of integration and exclusivity that cannot be achieved with off-the-shelf components.
FOCUSED IMPACT
Project Monolith follows CrinEar’s science-first tuning philosophy, anchored by a natural and accurate midrange. From this foundation, we introduce a more experimental, bass-forward profile.
Our bespoke CrinEar 8mm woofer is designed to deliver powerful sub-bass extension and physical slam, showcasing the capabilities of the MDM system in a bass-driven configuration.
The result is a sound that is deliberately coloured yet highly controlled; delivering deep, impactful bass without sacrificing clarity or composure.
Audio Jewellery
Each shell is machined from a single block of brass and plated in 18K Champagne Gold, giving Project Monolith a distinct visual identity and substantial in-hand presence.
Clocking in at over 16g per side, Project Monolith is intentionally dense, reinforcing its identity as a precision-machined object. Less your average IEM, and more a statement piece of uniquely-engineered hardware.
